  I. Introduction

  QCJ Series Air Flow Vortex Micro Powder Machine is a kind of powder processing facility with the advanced technology of 1990s. It is designed and manufactured by our company w

  ith the reference from advanced powder grinding technology all over the world. Compared with the traditional grinding machine which is used commonly, our machine has the characteristics of good performance, wide application for many kinds of material includes heat-sensitive and fibrous material and high efficiency. It is considered as the perfect energy-saving grinding machine, because it can process the powder into micron and sub-micron grade homogeneously and it can improve the product’s grade and added value. It gets the high speaking from the customer based on the high quality which passes the testing of China Technology Inspection Bureau and main performance which can be up to level of similar products abroad. It can replace the import product, while its price is only 10% of the import products.

  II. Application and Features of Machine

  This machine is suitable for chemical, medicine, dye, pesticide, coating, metallurgy, food, tobacco, feed, plastic, plant fiber, reclaimed rubber industries such as low to medium hardness material crushing.

  The characteristics are as follows:

  1. This machine is one kind of vertical shaft reflective crusher, there is the grading device in the crushing room. The material after crushing will be collected with the function of airflow by the grading device which can replace the crushing sieve and do the two processes of fine grinding and micro-powder separating at the same time with high efficiency.

  2. It is not necessary to stop the machine to adjust the product granularity in condition of adopting the air flow regulating valve and stepless speed adjuster with the grading impeller. There is no pollution, because the fine powder will be collected completely.

  3. The machine has the function of cooling. Therefore, it is very suitable for processing the heat-sensitive and fibrous material.

  4. It is easy to maintain, operate and clean. Meanwhile, it has the great production capacity.

  5. The machine adopts new imported narrow V v-belts for transmission, which has the characteristics of high driving power, smooth running and high efficiency.

  III. Structure and Process Technics

  It can do the two processes of fine grinding and micro-powder separating at the same time. It is consist of machine body, frame, feeding device, crushing device, discharge pipe, transmission device and motors. The whole production line also includes other supporting device such as deduster, high-pressure centrifugal fan, airlock device, cyclone collector and electric control cabinet.

  The internal of machine is cylinder which is divided into two parts, higher part and lower part by the annular plate. The lower part is the air chamber and the higher part is the crushing and grading chamber which is separated by shunt ring. The crushing chamber is consist of crushing plate and bush. It is used to crush raw material. While the grading chamber is consist of grading impeller which can process fine power into two specifications, substandard product and standard product. The standard product will be collected as the final product after absorbing from outlet pipe and collecting from cyclone collector. The substandard product will come back to the crushing chamber through shunt ring inner to continue crushing until get the level of standard product.

  ­­­­The crushing plate and grading impeller shall be drived by the v-belt through the co-centric shaft. The speed of grading impeller can be adjusted in order to change the product granularity. The rotary feeding device is located in the inner of machine and is used to send material into crushing chamber. And its speed also can be adjusted in order to control different feeding capacity.

  The dust air that separated by cyclone separator will go into the dedusting cabinet and its flow speed will be reduced suddenly because of the sudden expansion of airflow volume. As result, the big and heavy dust of air will drop into the ash hopper of dedusting cabinet because of its own weight. Then other dust will be prevented at the filter bag outside wall under the action of the filter bag hook and electrostatic etc. The dust air is purified with filter bag and then discharged by outlet of box through venturis. When dust particles in filter bag outside wall increases, the resistance of deduster also increases. In order to guarantee the resistance is controlled within the prescribed scope, it needs to open the battery valve through signal of pulse generator to make the compressed air in air bag and spray into corresponding venturis by blow hole of spray wind tube (As the level 1 wind), and then the wind will enter the filter bag through venturis with power of several times than the level 1 wind (As the level 2 wind). The power of wind will cause filter bag inflated suddenly and then contracted suddenly under the action of reverse pulse current shock. Therefore, the dust in the filter bag outside wall will be shaking off, and the dropped dust will be discharged by system of discharge dust, and filter bag will be clearly.

  Price of final product: 1800RMB

  Profit of one ton final product: 1800RMB-841RMB= 959RMB

  Monthly profit: 959RMB×25Tons= 23975RMB

  2. Assume raw material is self-produced。

  Total cost for producing one ton final product: 341RMB

  Price of final product: 1800RMB

  Profit of one ton final product: 1800RMB-341RMB= 1459RMB

  Monthly profit: 1459RMB×25Tons= 36475RMB
